
ELENA GLADKOVA focuses her practice on defending skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities for the elderly, and other healthcare providers in matters involving alleged elder and dependent adult abuse, medical malpractice, and negligence. Prior to her defense practice, Ms. Gladkova represented plaintiffs in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, gaining valuable experience in catastrophic injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and elder and dependent adult abuse claims. This background provides her with a well-rounded perspective on case strategy and evaluation from both the plaintiff and defense sides. Ms. Gladkova earned her LL.M. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She received her law degree with a concentration in civil law from Samara State University of Economics in Russia, and she holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from San Francisco State University.
