MIRANDA BANE is an associate with J Supple Law, PC. Ms. Bane received her law degree in 2015 from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program. While in law school she served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Laurel S. Beeler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and as a Law Clerk for the Federal Public Defender’s Office in the Northern District of California. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Bane served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to joining J Supple Law PC, Ms. Bane practiced on the Healthcare Defense team at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, where she specialized in defending healthcare providers and long-term care facilities against a variety of claims including elder abuse, medical negligence, and statutory/regulatory violations. Ms. Bane is admitted to practice in all California state courts and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
